About the Business
Panhandle Independent Living Center is a private, non-profit, non-residential organization managed and operated by and for individuals with disabilities. PILC attempts to stimulate and promote a growing sense of personal dignity and responsible community participation of individuals with disabilities through training, community development, and direct services to meet the unmet needs of individuals with disabilities.
