Joshua Frausto was born and raised in Amarillo where he has served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Northern District of Texas since July 2014, and he currently serves as the Attorney-in-Charge for the Amarillo Division. Mr. Frausto serves as the coordinator for the Project Safe Neighborhoods initiative in Amarillo, Texas. He handles and prosecutes a variety of cases in the Amarillo Division with an emphasis on violent crimes, child exploitation, and fraud cases. He was a state prosecutor prior to joining the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Mr. Frausto has previously served on the Wesley Community Center and Turn Center board and frequently volunteers at AISD mentoring students and participating at career fairs. He received his J.D. from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2009 and his B.A. in Political Science from Texas Tech University in 2006. He met his wife, the Honorable Titiana Frausto, a Louisiana native, in law school and they have three children, Joslyn, Jason, and Taylor. Him and his family are members of Hillside Christian Church.\
